My name is Lynne and I run Regal Crown Rattery in Palmdale, CA (or rather, I guess the RATS run the place, I just feed and clean and play with them:-)) I have owned pet rats off and on for 15+ years. My first pair of pet rats were pet store rats Cisco and Socks (beige hooded and black irish). They were alot of fun though they didn't live beyond about a year old. I don't even know if you COULD find pet rat breeders back then. I have since had the priviledge of providing a home for a wide mix of various pet rats. One favorite that comes to mind was a fawn split cap female named Bergie. She was incredibly smart and very social.

At one point I handraised a litter of orphan babies. It was tough, not all of them survived, but I learned alot about baby rats from it.

In the end of 2005 I decided to bring rats back into my life (after a lapse of about 2 years I guess) and this time I decided to get pedigreed rats and breed them. My goal is of course to produce healthy and sweet natured, as well as beautiful pet rats. I will be working mainly on black eyed siamese and himalayan, russian blue, burmese, and some other colors (lilac etc). I particularly enjoy the dumbos so I'll be working with those as well.

Regal Crown Rattery is a small rattery. I am planning on only breeding one litter at a time so that I'll be able to spend time with each individual baby, playing with them and helping them to be as affectionate as possible.
